1. Scope and service
These terms apply to consumers and businesses using SEO Orbiter. SEO Orbiter is a browser-based digital service that displays authorised Google Search Console data and monitors selected websites. Features include reports, technical observations, incidents and enabled email notifications. Individual agreements and mandatory statutory rights take precedence over these terms.
2. Requirements and limitations
You need an up-to-date browser, internet access and authorised access to a supported Search Console property. Google must provide sufficient data. Data may be delayed, incomplete or provisional. Technical monitoring covers up to ten selected URLs per website; it is not a complete website crawl. We do not modify your website or promise specific rankings or additional traffic. Observations and timing alone do not establish a cause.
3. Contract formation
Plan listings are an invitation to place an order. You can review and correct your selection before placing a paid order. Clicking the final payment button in Stripe Checkout submits a binding order. The purchase is subject to the merchant-of-record terms presented at checkout; these terms govern your use of SEO Orbiter. Paid access starts after successful payment is confirmed. A payment redirect alone does not grant access. The contract language is English. Contract information and payment receipts are provided electronically.
4. Plans, payment and term
- Solo: 7 € per month, up to 1 Website.
- Pro: 14 € per month, up to 5 Websites.
- Portfolio: 29 € per month, up to 10 Websites.
The listed prices are monthly total prices. Applicable taxes are included in the EUR prices. Paid subscriptions are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. The merchant-of-record entity and its payment terms are identified at checkout and on your invoice. Stripe handles payment receipts and applicable indirect taxes within its supported tax coverage. SEO Orbiter remains responsible for providing the software and product support. If you choose a local currency at checkout, the displayed conversion and total apply. Payment is due monthly in advance using the payment methods available at checkout. There is no setup fee. The subscription continues indefinitely with monthly billing and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current paid month.
5. Free trial and plan changes
The free trial includes one website, starts when you create an account and lasts 14 days. It does not automatically become a paid subscription without a separate paid order. A plan change takes effect only after you explicitly select it and the specific cost is displayed. A lower website limit does not automatically delete existing data; additional websites may be paused.
6. Cancellation and withdrawal
You can cancel using Cancel subscription, by email or through the customer portal. Your right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected. Consumers also have the statutory right of withdrawal described in the Withdrawal policy. The online withdrawal form is available without signing in.
7. Use and failed payments
Only connect websites you are authorised to access. Keep your credentials confidential. Attacks on the service, bypassing access limits and processing unlawfully obtained data are prohibited. We notify you if payment fails; paid access and further monitoring may be suspended. Your entitled access is restored after successful payment. This does not recreate missing data.
8. Availability, defects and liability
We provide the agreed features and perform necessary maintenance and security updates. Where possible, we give advance notice of significant planned limitations. Statutory rights relating to defects apply, including the rules on digital products for consumers. These terms do not contain a blanket exclusion of statutory liability. Statutory rights in the event of non-provision or defects remain unaffected.
9. Data and the end of the contract
Our Privacy policy explains how personal data is processed. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. You can use available exports before the contract ends and request account deletion through support. Statutory obligations to provide, delete and retain data remain unaffected.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of habitual residence. No exclusive jurisdiction is agreed to the detriment of consumers. Silence or continued use alone does not constitute acceptance of changes to these terms.
