GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE MONITORING

Google Search Console monitoring, with a reason to act.

Search Console gives you the search data. SEO Orbiter adds a recurring monitoring and investigation workflow: recognize unusual click losses, identify affected pages and open the evidence from an incident email.

For people who already use Google Search Console and want to spend less time checking whether something needs investigation. No website script is required for Search Console reporting.

14 days from account creation. No credit card required.

Start monitoring
Clicks, impressions and the pages behind the change: SEO Orbiter interface.

Keep the reporting context attached to the change

Compare completed periods and inspect pages, queries, countries and devices. A decline isolated to mobile in one country is a different question from a broad site loss. The report helps you carry that scope into the investigation.

  • Compare clicks, impressions, CTR and average position.
  • Review available page and query contributions instead of only the site total.
  • Keep missing history and capped or incomplete data visible.

Add monitoring to the source you already trust

You authorize read-only access to your own Search Console properties. SEO Orbiter imports available history and checks for supported click-loss incidents. It also gathers technical observations from selected authorized pages, which are separate evidence from Google’s reports.

  • Connect the correct Google account and choose the property explicitly.
  • See import progress, freshness and reconnect needs in the workspace.
  • Return to Search Console for its complete native reports and manual tools.

Understand what the data can and cannot establish

Search Console data is delayed and some queries are unavailable. Visible query totals need not reproduce every site-level click. Average position depends on the searches represented. A matching pattern can guide a diagnosis without exposing Google’s ranking decisions.

  • Recent missing observations are not automatically zero-traffic days.
  • The URL Inspection API describes Google’s known indexed version, not a fresh live test.
  • A CTR change does not prove that an AI Overview or a particular competitor caused a loss.

Before you start

Does SEO Orbiter replace Google Search Console?

No. Search Console remains the source and provides its own reports and notifications. SEO Orbiter adds its supported monitoring rules, selected-page technical context and a persistent incident workflow. You can use both.

Will I get an alert for every impression or ranking change?

No. Search metrics help explain incidents, but every metric movement is not an independent email trigger. The current performance trigger is a meaningful sustained click loss with sufficient finalized history and volume.

Can it change my Search Console settings?

No. The integration requests read-only Search Console access. It does not change your website, submit fixes or promise indexing. You can disconnect the account and manage notification settings in the product.
