Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract is concluded.

You may send a letter or email, or use Withdraw from contract. If you use the online form, you will promptly receive acknowledgement on a durable medium, including the content, date and time. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the deadline, send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal statement. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We will not charge a fee for the reimbursement. If you withdraw, we do not require compensation for services provided during the withdrawal period.
